Roles & Responsibilities
- The Transaction Risk Investigator will work with limited management oversight and rely on sound judgement to plan and achieve objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are needed to authenticate clients and handle complicated transactions.
- It is assumed that almost all judgements will be made accurately, autonomously, and with little to no guidance.
- To achieve objectives, the Transaction Risk Investigator will need to communicate verbally and in writing on a regular basis with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other business colleagues, and outside partners.
- Evaluations of productivity and quality control will be conducted in addition to the department’s overall development.
