- Follow established procedures, rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) when working under general supervision to complete jobs accurately and productively.
- Along with ensuring that Amazon stays competitive, tasks include connecting and cooperating with consumers, obtaining and presenting customer feedback, providing a large range and high-quality product information, and resolving difficult operational goals. Include keeping track of work records, monitoring corporate processes, and reporting irregularities.
- Report audit findings and share them with other team members.
- Examine data to find new patterns or trends.
- Find common themes in customer service escalations, which may be converted into policies and SOPs to enhance the escalation process as a whole.
