Job Description
The Transaction Risk Investigator will work with limited management oversight and rely on sound judgment to plan and achieve objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are needed to authenticate clients and handle complicated transactions. It is assumed that almost all judgements will be made accurately, autonomously, and with little to no guidance.
To achieve objectives, the Transaction Risk Investigator will need to communicate verbally and in writing regularly with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other business colleagues, and outside partners.
Evaluations of productivity and quality control will be conducted in addition to the department’s overall development.
Basic qualifications
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, as well as the capacity to write a response that is accurate, succinct, and grammatically sound.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to accurately and effectively explain complex transactional concerns to both internal and external customers Skills for Solving Problems
- Ability to operate autonomously and make difficult investigative judgements with little to no supervision
