Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • To look into and address concerns about Amazon’s digital products and services, including the Kindle, Echo, and Fire TV (among others), and to give our clients excellent technical assistance.
  • As our customers’ initial point of contact, you will respond to their inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
  • You will also utilize a range of tools to assess problems in real time, look into fixes, and have productive conversations with clients. When required, you will also be in charge of performing escalations.

  • Working varying hours is necessary for this position in order to accommodate consumers’ needs.
  • You will work minimum 40 hours a week with shifts that include overnight, day, and late work.
  • We arrange using a range of alternative shift patterns between 6 am and 11 pm on Sunday and Monday in order to meet consumer demand.
  • It can be necessary for you to work on public holidays. When your start date approaches, further details regarding your precise timetable will become available.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English communication
  • Strong computing abilities
  • The willingness to work different shifts between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
  • Ability and willingness to work alternating shifts, including weekends, late nights, early mornings, and overtime as needed
  • A peaceful, distraction-free workspace is required (a separate office space with a desk and chair would do).
  • Technically speaking, a hard-wired ethernet internet connection with a least 20 Mbps broadband speed (no WIFI).
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
