Roles & responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound sales operations to reserve accommodations for students or other designated user groups, whether they are staying for a short or extended period of time.
  • Serve as a liaison between the students and the property management
  • Establish a strong rapport with the designated target audience to guarantee a seamless sales cycle.
  • Continue to have a high conversion rate.
  • Complete a variety of duties associated with finishing reservations at all times.
  • Maintain constant contact with the allocated leads using email, WA, and other CRM-integrated methods.
  • Show excellent customer service and work as a high-achieving team to achieve combined QoQ and YoY growth.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and drive oneself to finish goals within the allotted time.
