Roles & responsibilities
- Engage in outbound sales operations to reserve accommodations for students or other designated user groups, whether they are staying for a short or extended period of time.
- Serve as a liaison between the students and the property management
- Establish a strong rapport with the designated target audience to guarantee a seamless sales cycle.
- Continue to have a high conversion rate.
- Complete a variety of duties associated with finishing reservations at all times.
- Maintain constant contact with the allocated leads using email, WA, and other CRM-integrated methods.
- Show excellent customer service and work as a high-achieving team to achieve combined QoQ and YoY growth.
- Capacity to work under pressure and drive oneself to finish goals within the allotted time.

Required Skills & qualifications
- Education level: Master’s degree or graduation
- Academic requirements: minimum 60%
- It will be beneficial to have knowledge of the geography and demography of the US and Canada markets.
- Outstanding ability to communicate both in writing and verbally in neutral English.
- Strong planning and time management abilities
- Having the ability to handle objections and negotiate is advantageous.
- Being familiar with CRM is a benefit.
