Roles & Responsibilities
- Support Amdocs internal users with IT-related assistance.
- Ability to support a range of Amdocs Image desktop and laptop models Desktops and laptops with the Amdocs logo.
- Should promptly log new cases and update the status of ongoing cases using the internal CRM application.
- Ability to assist with Windows-related problems that are escalated by Remote Support.
- Take charge of ServiceNow incident and request workflows by setting priorities, fulfilling Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines, and providing services on time.
- Answer and resolve user inquiries via email, ServiceNow, or other channels of communication while adhering to established OLA and SLA.
- Utilise internal and external technical knowledge bases to solve technical problems, and work with the appropriate teams to address issues as needed.
- Management of vendors: Work with different desktop and laptop vendors to fulfil current needs and make plans for upcoming ones.
- Establish procurement guidelines for new PCs and laptops to meet current and future needs.
- Must be available after work and on weekends in case there are any significant delays to the IT service.
- Maintain documentation on technology and troubleshooting, record new procedures, and add to the knowledge base as needed.
- Work closely and productively with IT stakeholders and end users.

Required Skills
- Must have at least 0 to 6 months of experience providing technical help.
- Outstanding ability to communicate.
- Familiarity with remote support tools such as SCCM, RDP, Windows Messenger, and Net Meeting.
