- Proactively attempting to detect fraudulent charges through both incoming and outgoing calls
- Respond to incoming calls from cardholders and initiate or handle fraud cases related to calls.
- Examine fraud claims made by Card members in order to decide whether to accept or deny the claim.
- Identify and reduce the risk of fraud and credit while simultaneously allowing spending
- Real-time credit and fraud risk evaluations at the transaction level for requests from our cardholders or merchants for charge reversals or Point of Sale (POS) approval
- Within the designated empowerment limit, resolve cases.
- Keep an eye on the latest developments in the fraud landscape and recommend preventative and remedial actions.
- Meet and strive to surpass KPIs related to RTF, compliance, transactional quality, regulations, and productivity as per goals
