Roles & Responsibilities

  • The job is in charge of completing merchant fund release requests in a timely and high-quality manner. Complete research and merchant account reconciliation are also included.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls with an 80/20 calling ratio is part of this position.
  • Demands that requests be handled in collaboration with client managers and internal teams.
  • Assist and service merchants, processors, MS TSC, banks, SRG/KOAT, acquisition, network development, risk management, submissions, ESSU, CMS, and welcome acceptance.
