Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Overseeing the fixing of technical problems for a certain group of clients. Customers are system administrators who use Anthology e-learning programs to deliver mission-critical services to instructors and students at a range of educational institutions.
- Diagnosing and fixing complicated web apps. A wide range of troubleshooting abilities are needed to fix problems pertaining to program operation, application server setup, database administration, data analysis, operating system configuration, performance optimization, installation, migration, and Anthology product upgrades.
- Delivering first-rate customer service, which includes effective communication, prompt follow-up, and internal department advocacy for client concerns
- Examining patterns related to the designated clientele and informing Product Support Management of possible risk or opportunity areas. The degree of client happiness is a key component of the success criteria.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Outstanding written, oral, and listening communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities with 0–2 years of experience in an enterprise product support setting that involves interacting with clients.
- Experience working in a self-directed setting.
- Proven capacity to do research and use a range of techniques and resources to address challenges.
- Solid understanding of database and system administration concepts.
- Understanding of MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, including configuration, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Internet protocols, networking, firewalls, Web server settings, Internet application designs based on Java technology, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and Internet security.
- Little familiarity with a variety of computer operating systems, such as Windows and UNIX/Linux; minimal familiarity setting up multi-node environments that run enterprise-level apps.
- Proficiency with WebLogic, Tomcat, and Struts Proficiency in both written and spoken.
