Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• Batch/jobs are continuously monitored, and the application health dashboard is observed.
• A cooperator who is prepared to labor around the clock.
• Daily health inspections of the C1/C2 applications—roughly fifty or more—must be conducted.
• Updating clients and stakeholders on the progress of daily batches and jobs.
• Analyzing job failures, prioritizing problems, and executing workarounds for lengthy batches and job failures are all necessary.
• To restore the services, according to the established escalation process and any runbooks or knowledge bases.
• Publish reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and send business.
• Coordinating with the applications team to resolve problems with the apps.
• Participation in daily stand-up and Scrum calls is required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –

• 0–3 years of Linux and SQL experience.
• Practical experience with Python or Shell scripting would be beneficial.
