Roles & Responsibilities
- Your main responsibility as a Creative at the Apple Store is to act as an educator, guiding individuals or small groups through learning and helping them with various tasks.
- As a facilitator, you help users set up, get trained, and start their duties by applying your presentation abilities.
- You are a skilled listener who takes the time to understand the objectives and aspirations of each user to learn or accomplish.
- Personalised instruction that takes into account each user’s unique ability level promotes optimal retention and efficient use of time.
- You admit that buying new products can frequently help clients achieve their goals.
- Even though you spend most of your time leading organised classes, you feel at ease chatting with consumers in the store in between these sessions.
