Roles & responsibilities

• AMC operations at the client location.
• In accordance with contract maintenance and warrant, troubleshoot, resolve, escalate, and document customer incidents in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
• Record every conversation you have with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Electrical, computer, and software engineering bachelor’s degree.
• 0–1 years of expertise.
• Experience with power utilities is preferred.
• Experience with SCADA/control systems; familiarity with the OSI Monarch SCADA system is a plus.
• Familiarity with SCADA protocols such as DNP, MODBUS, IEC101, and IEC104.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, including Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
