Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge of the Atlassian Own customer support experience; resolve technical problems for customers through cooperation, best practices troubleshooting, and open communication with various teams
- As soon as possible, escalate problems in accordance with SOPs.
- Write fresh knowledge base articles to record fresh insights that can be applied across the entire organisation.
- Take part in technical communications to learn about new technologies and to exchange best practices with the Technical Support team.

Required Skills
- 3-5 years of expertise managing systems, providing software services, and providing technical support for a sizable SaaS user base.
- Provided email, phone, and screen-sharing help to clients.
- Expertise in handling a large number of cases in a work setting.
- Proven technical proficiency in database administration, including the ability to create and modify SQL queries with ease.
- Familiarity with using technologies like Web interfaces for log searches, monitoring, and analysis of machine-generated data.
