- Outstanding abilities in providing customer service;
- A desire to learn new things and a joy of assisting others;
- Problematic AV (VC and collaboration technologies, including digital signs & Zoom rooms);
- Experience in onsite tech assistance and preparation for events;
- Strong support and troubleshooting abilities for MacOS, both locally and virtually;
- Strong support abilities for collaboration technologies (such as GSuite, Zoom, and Slack).
- Familiarity with maintaining Windows 10/11

- A basic understanding of SAML integrations
- Knowledge of collaborating with a worldwide team
