Roles & Responsibilities
- Recognise both the business context and the functional and non-functional requirements for which the application is being designed. Take part in calls and meetings on requirements and ask questions about requirements.
- Create and record manual test cases and test scenarios for both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Run the test cases and create logs for the tests.
- Use the designated defect management tool for the project to report any flaws discovered during execution.
- Investigate bugs to determine their underlying causes, then record your findings in a bug-tracking programme.
