Ability to identify issues, offer solutions, and/or refer to the proper area of knowledge Ability to effectively communicate and deliver technical concepts to management, peer groups, and staff.
Experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and cloud file sharing.
Setting up meetings on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx and having some basic troubleshooting skills.
Basic understanding of LAN and IP networking, as well as the capacity to use the OSI model or a comparable SCCM or imaging software to approach problems logically.
Experience with VoIP and exposure to cloud technology.
