Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide people reports, conduct analyses, and offer pertinent people metrics and insights to help clients and business partners make decisions.
- Create and manage standardised operational plans for critical talent processes, and take responsibility for guaranteeing the accuracy of data in the Workday system.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A graduate or postgraduate degree with one to two years of experience working in a matrixed setting and across cultures is ideal. They should also have demonstrated the capacity to operate independently as well as to establish and maintain high-performing local and international collaborations.
- Strong narrative and analytical abilities with a strict focus on correctness and minute details.
