Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide people reports, conduct analyses, and offer pertinent people metrics and insights to help clients and business partners make decisions.
  • Create and manage standardised operational plans for critical talent processes, and take responsibility for guaranteeing the accuracy of data in the Workday system.
  • Produce standard analytics and reporting in a manner that is suitable for clients.
  • Examine and identify possibilities to improve uniformity, size, effectiveness, and quality; then, proactively provide technologically enabled solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with one to two years of experience working in a matrixed setting and across cultures is ideal. They should also have demonstrated the capacity to operate independently as well as to establish and maintain high-performing local and international collaborations.
