Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Help in overseeing whole virtual events on sites like Zoom and Airmeet
- During event rehearsals, arrange speaker dry runs and offer technical assistance.
- Utilize metrics and feedback to monitor and record event performance.
- Work together on technical needs and event setup with the technology team.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to produce eye-catching event collateral.
- Work together with the legal team to process agreements and ensure compliance.
- Handle and assign tickets for Freshdesk support.
- Make reports and send them to internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the invoicing procedures for events.
