- Have tenacity and excellent problem-solving abilities when managing challenging client scenarios. Effectively and sympathetically communicate with clients, taking responsibility for resolving their concerns.
- Evaluate and evaluate client complaints, then provide the relevant resolution and next steps to the team or individuals involved.
