Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Perform technical evaluations for the Cloud and Engineering Operations teams at Calix while the platforms’ Privacy by Design (PbD) process is underway.
- Throughout Calix’s product development lifecycle, actively participate in privacy engineering reviews with the business and technical teams as early as possible.
- Provide platform improvements and monitor them in accordance with Calix’s Product Privacy Program.
- Collaborate with teams from the business and technology domains to delineate and monitor the execution of legal and technical infrastructure prerequisites.
- Additionally, build suitable controls to facilitate adherence to privacy regulations throughout Calix Cloud and Engineering Operations.
- Examine and arrange all engineering and technical data needed for DPIAs, or data protection impact assessments.
- Encourage the implementation of privacy controls to stop re-identification and to authorize the entry and exit of data from environments.
- Analyze market and privacy technology trends and developments, investigate technologies that improve privacy, support proof-of-concept initiatives, and validate privacy measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities, as well as a track record of teamwork and collaboration, in managing or participating in international and multidisciplinary teams.

- Exhibited a working understanding of the principles of software engineering, including front-end programming, databases, ETLs, analytics, machine learning, and system architectures.
