Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Assist HR by answering inquiries from team members and addressing requests pertaining to their contracts and employment, elevating as needed.
  • Requests could include questions concerning global benefits, employment verifications, the onboarding and new starter procedures, and other general issues.
  • Maintain our HRIS, making sure that all team member modifications and new hires are processed with a high level of precision and promptness.
  • Taking charge of international programs (such as training, engagement, or cultural activities).
  • Supporting HR procedures and advancing the people strategy for your areas of responsibility in collaboration with managers and staff.
  • Being a genuinely global partner to coworkers, particularly supervisors, executives, and leads.
  • Handle new hires, including coordinating initial reviews, creating files, setting up systems, and creating onboarding documentation specific to each country.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A strong academic record from high school and, ideally, college is advantageous, as is prior experience working in an entry-level HR/people team, ideally in the technology sector.
