Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Assist HR by answering inquiries from team members and addressing requests pertaining to their contracts and employment, elevating as needed. Requests could include questions concerning global benefits, employment verifications, the onboarding and new starter procedures, and other general issues.
- Maintain our HRIS, making sure that all team member modifications and new hires are processed with a high level of precision and promptness.
- Taking charge of international programs (such as training, engagement, or cultural activities)
- Supporting HR procedures and advancing the people strategy for your areas of responsibility in collaboration with managers and staff
- Being a genuinely global partner to coworkers, particularly supervisors, executives, and leads
- Handle new hires, including coordinating initial reviews, creating files, setting up systems, and creating onboarding documentation specific to each country.
- Assist staff members with benefit registration, processing, and payroll, making sure that monthly data is accurate and delivered on schedule.
- Communicate with payroll to ensure that salary payments go smoothly.
- Make purchase orders for departments within the company.
- Employees should receive administrative assistance with benefit enrollment and processing.
- Make that employment records and systems are accurate, current, and GDPR compliant by conducting routine audits.
- Work to improve our procedures on a constant basis, identifying places where we can advance our function.
- Manage and carry out international background checks.
