Roles & Responsibilities

• Make sure you have friendly contacts with the relevant Capgemini offices.
• With the group reporting team, coordinate.
• Getting ready, submitting, and checking general entries
• Weekly G/L review: fill in the gaps that were found.
• MIS and financial statement preparation in accordance with Capgemini office requirements
• Trial balance, office-specific reports, budgets, and quarterly reports are reviewed.
• Observe the due dates for BFC reporting, audits, etc.
• Coordinate with the following subprocesses: Payroll, ICS, Revenue, AP, and Banking.
• Handle ad hoc requests and reports.
• Respond to every question that the reporting team has presented.
• Managing the statutory audits of foreign legal companies.
