Roles & responsibilities

  • Offer the highest calibre of customer care, problem solving, and technical troubleshooting in response to consumer inquiries via voice-based phone service and other communication channels.
  • You should also be prepared to multitask across several support channels.
  • Ticket management includes setting a priority for the ticket’s urgency, correctly classifying it according to its issues, monitoring its status (open, closed, or resolved), updating consumers on its progress, and more.
  • Business intelligence: utilise tools, best practices, and ticket data and analysis in the account to support customer
  • Provision of services Delivery: Serving the consumer and meeting expectations is what we do.
  • Customer management: What is required of you is how well you engage with customers from greeting to resolution and call closure.
  • Our clever AI BOT, CHIP, assists in providing answers to client queries, saving SD and customers time and effort when resolving issues. Additionally contributes to improving the client experience
  • Provision of services email retrieval: How well can we manage email as a communication channel and reduce the number of hops between SD and the client.
  • Knowledge Management: The efficiency with which we oversee the knowledge base to address consumer concerns.
