- Producing vital and difficult software quickly and to a high standard, adding value to the company.
- Working in permanent teams with full life cycle responsibility, covering everything from original development to maintenance and augmentation to replacement or decommissioning.
- Working together to maximise our capacity for software engineering.
- Creating, testing, and putting into use our functional code.
- Collaborating across the whole life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
