• Investigate, analyze, and assess data pertaining to continuing medical education and provider licensure in the US.
• Fill out applications for payor enrollment, provider credentialing, or licensing on behalf of Certify clients.
• Verify and authenticate data that has been updated on the licensing and credentialing platform, and make sure it is 100% accurate.
• Communicate via email with clients and providers if more information is needed.
• When necessary, provide assistance with monitoring or new client implementation projects.
• Write clear and succinct guidelines for Certify clients based on a summary of your research findings.
• Help with other ad hoc tasks as required.
