- Respond to consumer questions using the means of communication that are available.
- Determine, duplicate, and notify the R&D team of verified product problems.
- Determine and record feature requests.
- Following up on consumer questions after R&D feedback or issue resolution
- Deliver exceptional customer service through timely and beneficial phone, email, and chat interactions.
- Take charge of support tickets and see to it that they are handled through each step of the procedure until a solution is found.
- Keep track of the cases that are presented to R&D and identify any violations of internal SLAs.
- Support cases should be escalated in accordance with corresponding business risk assessments and severity levels.
- Participate in feature testing and become an authority on the Brandwatch product suite and its features as they are introduced.
