Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• Keep an eye on the work being done to make sure that the funds operations in a department are timely and accurate, including the distribution factors and NAV calculations.
• As a Checker, assist in examining stock and cash reconciliations to make sure that the items cleared are handled appropriately and that any highlighted exceptions have no effect on NAV.
• Make sure the NAV accurately reflects business activities.
• Aid in resolving challenging situations.
• Ensure that deadlines for the client’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) are fulfilled; assist in the timely investigation and professional resolution of any client inquiries; and support the gathering and analysis of pertinent management data from an operational and client standpoint.
• Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, showing special attention to protecting Citigroup, its clients, and its assets.
• This is done by enforcing Policy, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, using good judgment when making decisions about one’s own conduct, behavior, and business practices, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
