Roles & responsibilities
- When necessary, update the support materials that Knowledge Hub end users use to respond to customer inquiries.
- Complete the tasks assigned, including the yearly certification review and change requests.
- Act as a point of contact for the business on work assignments by gathering information, tracking open issues, and assisting with content approval.
- Perform a needs analysis, update the material, or create content-related solutions in accordance with the demands of the business.
- Investigate and find answers to questions about assistance materials and any other outstanding business-related issues, such as policy gaps and modifications.
