Roles & Responsibilities
- Collects operational data from multiple cross-functional stakeholders in order to analyse historical company results.
- Finds patterns and trends in data and offers insights to assist business decision-making in areas such as process optimisation, business planning, solution evaluation, etc.
- Makes recommendations on how to proceed with upcoming projects, strategic business possibilities, and improving operational policies.
- Potentially engaged in qualitative, confirmatory, or exploratory data analysis
- Convert data into behavioural insights about consumers or customers to inform targeting and segmentation tactics. Clearly and succinctly convey all findings to senior executives and business partners.
- By investigating and assessing new data sources, technologies, and capabilities, you may continuously improve processes and plans.
- Establish, implement, monitor, and enhance decision strategies in close collaboration with internal and external business partners.
- Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, showing special attention to protecting Citigroup, its clients, and its assets.
- This can be done by enforcing Policy, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, using good judgement when making decisions about one’s own conduct, behaviour, and business practices, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.
