- Become the product documentation champion and encourage developers and data scientists to use the product.
- Serve as an internal technical content strategist and oversee the strict supply of material within the documentation umbrella of technical blogs, SDK guides, API clients, portal guides, and API clients in order to improve developer experience and traffic.
- Provide FAQs, troubleshooting tips, and tutorials to assist consumers in navigating and using AI/ML products efficiently.
- Provide accurate, succinct, and easily readable user manuals, installation instructions, API documentation, and release notes for your AI/ML products.
- The capacity to drive comprehension for developers and data scientists to solve problems with Clarifai’s set of tools and provide good documentation by visualising their problem-solving needs.
- Work directly with engineers, product professionals, and AI/ML specialists to create content.
- Co-own and oversee the assets under the documentation umbrella with stakeholders.
- Maintain your own record of policies, procedures, and decisions in a platform (like Confluence or Drive) that enhances communication, knowledge, and awareness within the team and the organisation.
- Maintain accuracy and relevance when recording and disseminating the product’s release notes and changelog by updating the documentation frequently to reflect improvements, new features, and changes to the product.
- Establish and uphold documentation style standards to guarantee uniformity in all materials pertaining to the product.
- Participate in the creation of documentation standards and templates to improve the overall calibre and usability of the information.
- To consistently improve the quality of the documentation and address customer pain points, actively seek feedback from internal stakeholders as well as users.
