Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Assist ClinicMind users in optimizing the functionality of the system.
  • Respond to a variety of questions on patient demographics, point of sale, clinic reporting, balance management, and claims, among other topics.
  • Solve problems that people are having trouble with.
  • Recognize the goals guiding users’ behavior and the challenges they can encounter.
  • After completing the required on-the-job training, respond to simple inquiries about medical invoicing.
  • Collaborate closely with our account management and software support teams to efficiently address customer concerns.
  • Establish when a problem has to be reported to other departments in order to be fixed.
  • Communicate with customers using a variety of platforms, such as Facebook, live chat, email, the phone, and an internal tasking system.
  • Recognize practices that are susceptible to attrition and report them to the relevant authority.
  • Identify the client’s tone, buzzwords, and signals of impatience.
  • As delegated by management, carry out additional tasks while keeping in mind the changing demands of the department.
  • Make sure that every customer encounter is accurately documented.
  • Observe and record client interactions in accordance with protocols.
