Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Recognize the project’s scope.
- Provide senior stakeholders (project managers, architects, etc.) with advice on project methodology based on the study of the project’s kind.
- Combine the developer inputs and offer comments on tasks, activities, schedules, dependencies, hazards, and so forth.
- Combine developer inputs and contribute as a group to testing strategy, configuration, deployment, hardware/software needs, and other areas.
- Prepare a resource and development plan, analyze the resources needed in depth for each phase, estimate how much time will be spent on various activities and resources, and/or offer feedback and review with the project manager.
- Take part in knowledge-sharing sessions led by other company teams or customers.
- Collect functional and non-functional client needs with the business analyst.
- Examine the prerequisites for testing and implementation viability.
- Discuss the needs with the team and ask for input.
- Engage in client conversations and ask questions when necessary.
- Together with BA, create and maintain a requirements traceability matrix.
- Contribute ideas and scenarios as they are being developed.
- Assist administrators in establishing security specifications.
