Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Recognize the project’s scope.
  • Provide senior stakeholders (project managers, architects, etc.) with advice on project methodology based on the study of the project’s kind.
  • Combine the developer inputs and offer comments on tasks, activities, schedules, dependencies, hazards, and so forth.
  • Combine developer inputs and contribute as a group to testing strategy, configuration, deployment, hardware/software needs, and other areas.

  • Take part in knowledge-sharing sessions led by other company teams or customers.

  • Examine the prerequisites for testing and implementation viability.
  • Discuss the needs with the team and ask for input.
  • Engage in client conversations and ask questions when necessary.
  • Together with BA, create and maintain a requirements traceability matrix.
  • Contribute ideas and scenarios as they are being developed.
  • Assist administrators in establishing security specifications.
