Roles & Responsibilities
- Minimal guidance-based customer contact.
- Recognises functions, terminology (such as SOP, QC checklists), and domain processes and subprocesses.
- Regarding PV/Complaints Handling Employees in this position enter data into the appropriate Clinical/Safety database from source documents. The associate bears the responsibility of ensuring correctness and timely turnaround times when carrying out this task.
- Complete coding tasks on the given project on schedule and effectively.
- Export coded medical terms from the coding platform and import uncoded terms into the database.
- Management of Queries.
- Make a “New Term Request” and rank it.
- As needed, carry out the dictionary upversioning exercise.
- Restricted to research-related tasks.
- With help, data evaluation and query management are completed.
- Few exchanges with the client via email.
- Peer review is required for every task by a supervisor or designated senior.
- NOT INVOLVED in the migration and setup processes.
- Data pad locking activities were only partially included during DataBase lock timelines.
- Managing assigned transactions at the first level; refers complex issues (procedures/processes) to the supervisor or line manager.
- Respect quality standards and meet deadlines for volumes and targets. (Turn around time).
- Respect the relevant process’s mandatory industry regulations and compliance standards.
- To interpret the documents and associated terms, be familiar with a variety of document templates and standards, such as SOPs.
- Respect organisational hygiene and compliance requirements for the filing of time sheets, assimilation, and attendance.
