  • Manage and process leave requests in compliance with applicable federal and provincial labor rules in Canada.
  • Whenever staff members or leaders contact the People Solutions Center, provide them outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with PS teams in Canada for complicated situations, requests for escalation, and other needs.
  • Keep thorough records in the internal case management system of all leave requests and their statuses.
  • Provide measurements and reports on leave-related activities for internal audits and evaluations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A human resources bachelor’s or master’s degree is recommended.
