Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Manage and process leave requests in compliance with applicable federal and provincial labor rules in Canada.
- Whenever staff members or leaders contact the People Solutions Center, provide them outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with PS teams in Canada for complicated situations, requests for escalation, and other needs.
- Keep thorough records in the internal case management system of all leave requests and their statuses.
- Provide measurements and reports on leave-related activities for internal audits and evaluations.
- Resolve staff questions promptly and effectively using the ticketing system, email, and chat.
- Give comprehensive details on the many kinds of leaves, such as personal, sick, and maternity leaves.
- Make sure staff members are aware of their rights to depart and the paperwork they need.
- Arrange and take part in training sessions and meetings for team coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- A human resources bachelor’s or master’s degree is recommended.
- It is necessary to have two to three years of experience managing Leave of Absence services across North America, including Canada.
