Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish a wide range of display or mobile campaigns in accordance with the objectives of the client, including budgetary planning, banner design, tracking, and testing.
- Verify campaigns for Criteo before launching them, and report any problems to the technical or commercial teams.
- Track updates and modifications to products or procedures and promptly adjust to them.
- Show that you have a thorough understanding of AdOps procedures in all of the relevant areas.
- Work collaboratively with AdOps colleagues serving the same Region to ensure requests are actioned within SLAs and in accordance with corporate process and norms. Proactively pull requests for completion from the team queue in a timely and priority-based manner.
- Workflow checklists should be updated and maintained to guarantee ideal configuration and setup.
- Recognise and anticipate problems with campaigns and advertising creative.
- Look for ways to boost automation and operational effectiveness while also helping to enhance platform capabilities.
- Work in a variety of rotating shifts to support the US, APAC, AU, and EMEA regions; night shifts are necessary to support the US and EMEA regions. Willing to work on the weekends as well.
- Should oversee/assist the TL/manager on a few projects in addition to the daily trafficking activities.
- Will be monitoring the SLA and keeping an eye on the queue management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional groups to improve the existing procedure.
- Should produce reports on a daily or monthly basis to ensure that tickets are handled accurately and on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A track record of success working in ad operations environments.
- In the current position, a senior executive should be working.
- Familiarity with queue management and SLA observance.
- Familiarity managing remote stakeholders functioning in many time zones and geographical locations in a global setting.
- Capable of working both individually and together.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Process-oriented, incredibly accurate, and well-organized.
- Adaptable and capable of quickly changing surroundings.
- Adapt at solving problems and applying analysis.
- Proficient in English; able to work nights in order to assist regions in the US or EMEA.
- It is advantageous to have prior experience dealing directly with third-party rich media suppliers like DoubleClick, Sizmek, and Flashtalking.
- Rudimentary understanding of Flash, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Knowledge of contemporary digital advertising.
