Roles & responsibilities
- Set up, plan, and oversee the upkeep of personalised reports and dashboards for end users.
- As the first point of contact for any questions about People Reporting, troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Stays current and assists others in scaling up their reporting systems.
- Examine the data to find any problems with data integrity and make sure they are noted so they can be fixed.
- Prepare and update documentation in accordance with the corresponding assigned reports at all times.
- Make sure you uphold strict guidelines for report timeliness and correctness.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant profession or study, ideally computer science
- One to three years of practical reporting experience, ideally in human resources.
- (Deep knowledge of Excel operations and formulas) and excellent MS PowerPoint competency
- Capacity to examine standard datasets, identify and fix mistakes, and explain findings to different audiences
- In creating and implementing internal and business-facing reports and data visualisations
- Proficiency in data visualisation software, such as Tableau, and the ability to manipulate data using VBA and SQL would be advantageous.
- Strong focus on details to guarantee outputs of the highest calibre.
- Good communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
