Roles & Responsibilities
- Support and oversee the various aspects of Finance configurations, implementations, modifications, and enhancements, including requirement gathering and definition, gap analysis, design, and development within Workday.
- Support and oversee the ongoing setup of business processes, workflows, security roles, and user roles. Investigate and resolve issues with the system, unexpected outcomes, or process flaws, and suggest solutions or other ways to meet requirements. Analyse data or facts, summarise, and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Work with Security and Integration teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with the Report Writer to create reports and assist in providing training on financial reporting capabilities.
- Make thorough functional and technical design documentation, such as test plans, use cases, and user guides.
- Give thought leadership on possible improvements and techniques to raise user experience overall.
- Collaborate with HR and TECH to guarantee that all work streams are integrated and that cross-functional effects are taken into account and minimised.
