- Work with groups to complete tasks and serve as the primary point of contact for end users.
- Examine and find any gaps in the functional and business requirements; you should be able to explain this to functional and business analysts in an efficient manner.
- Create scalable solutions based on technological needs, marketing KPIs, and company goals.
- Must be able to evaluate how modifications in functional requirements will affect technical designs.
- Optimise internal procedures in accordance with demands from the team, open opportunities, and corporate needs.
- Create ERD diagrams and design and execute scalable data structures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Recognise the functional needs, be able to create technical design with standard patterns, and effectively convey the same to the team members.
- Three plus years of experience overall, with at least two to three years spent using Salesforce Data Cloud or a comparable data platform.
- Practical knowledge of all Salesforce Data Cloud features, including identity resolution, data mapping, and data intake.
- Should be well-versed in SQL and data modelling.
- Must be able to create data models, deal with setups, and interact with APIs.
- A minimum of two to three years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.
- The capacity to create automations, analyse data, and write brief code utilising SSJS.
- Understand how to handle CSV files with ease.
- Need to be highly proficient in solving technical puzzles.
- Strong grasp of the principles of data modelling.
- Strong proficiency with sophisticated SQL and API management.
- Expertise in using and understanding tools like Postman and DBeaver.
- A solid grasp of marketing principles and the general flow of the marketing automation industry.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Accredited Professional Certification.
- Having Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification would be advantageous.
