Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

The Support Services team, which makes use of top-tier CRM technologies like Sales Force and other apps, will include the Support Services Analyst. In addition to being an expert in support, the Support Services Analyst at Deltek|Replicon is also a skilled researcher, tester, and advisor to both product management and customers.

  • Address all allocated requests within the time frame established by the Product Support Associate (Tier 1) and resolve the Application Support questions and problems that have been turned over by the Associate Support Analysts (Tier 1).
  • Assume full responsibility and ownership for problems from the outset to a successful conclusion. To expedite the resolution process, adhere to the escalation procedure.
  • Effective and effective collaboration with various departments to avoid delays in the resolution process
    assisting the customer in implementing Replicons goods and utilizing technology in a variety of ways to configure the product.

  • Correctly recording in our CRM system customer encounters, troubleshooting procedures, and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –

  • Four years or more of experience supporting software applications and/or infrastructure
  • Knowledge of hardware, software applications, basic networking, and Web technologies
  • Familiarity with Windows platforms, including setup (such as setting up Internet application servers, SSO settings, APIs, and Webservices).
  • Knowledge of the database administration systems Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal communication abilities
