Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- As needed, troubleshoot fundamental apps and processes while offering users direct functional support across a broad range of applications. (A huge plus is the Costpoint experience.)
- Find ways to make our financial systems better, then take part in projects and improvements to put those ideas into practice.
- Collaborate with company leaders, process owners, and key users to analyze, record, and rank business requirements.
- For the creation and deployment of new systems as well as improvements to current systems and procedures, analyze user requirements.
- In order to implement projects, test applications, and support application changes and upgrades, work closely with vendors.
- Organize and plan end-user training for any upgrades or system installations.
- As needed, take part in routine SOX, IT audits, and compliance evaluations for digital technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Three to five years of practical accounting application support experience.
- It helps to have prior accounting experience.
