Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning: Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, SEO/SEM, display ad campaigns, and social media.
2. Performance Monitoring: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3. SEO: Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy. Collaborate with content creators to enhance SEO.
4. SEM & PPC: Manage strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
5. Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create captivating digital content.
6. Email Marketing: Design, create, and manage email campaigns, ensuring best practices.
7. Social Media Management: Manage and grow online presence through platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
8. Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant sites to gather actionable insights.
9. Trends & Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Attend relevant workshops and training to ensure the company’s marketing efforts remain competitive.
