Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Perform in-depth legal research and analysis on the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”), the RBI, digital lending, KYC regulations, the Information Technology Act of 2000, the Consumer Protection Act of 2019, the Payment and Settlement Systems Act of 2007 (PSS Act), the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) regulations, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act of 2023.
