Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolving issues with incomplete or unprocessed shipments or mistakes made when creating shipments in SAP, OTM, or any other transportation system.
- Carriers, lanes, and rates can be added, edited, or deleted in OTM, SAP, or any other transportation system.
- Follow up on outstanding data according to the plan.
- Check goods invoices against rate contracts for contested carrier-submitted bills, and report any findings.
- Logistics Metrics Reporting for All Businesses Using SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Work together to gather shipment data with counterparts, carriers, and customers.
- Verify the correctness of the data, upload it to the system, or find another way to get the right data.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- An additional benefit will be having real-world OTM and SAP transport management system knowledge.
- Knowing SQL will be beneficial.
- A degree in supply chain management or logistics the capacity to plan daily tasks on my own.
- Capable of managing a huge dataset.
- Should be well-versed in the flow of transportation.
- Strong email writing and communication abilities.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
