Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Assuming responsibility for issues raised by customers and answering their questions to make sure their demands are satisfied.
  • Helps clients solve technical challenges by offering advice on hardware, software, and application concerns, among other things.
  • Investigating, determining, diagnosing, and resolving system faults and/or referring more complicated technical issues via a specified escalation procedure.
  • Follows up with clients to make sure their questions are answered in the time range specified in the contract.
  • Keeps history data, including relevant problem paperwork, and uses a ticketing mechanism to log and manage requests.
  • Identifies, assesses, and ranks client complaints and issues to guarantee that questions are answered correctly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have completed a standard school or college with a minimum of 10+2+3 credits in any discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile devices, computer systems, and other tech items.

  • Either recently graduated or has prior experience working as an IT Help Desk Technician, Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or a similar position.

  • Familiarity with the company’s escalation policy.
  • Interpersonal abilities to communicate with coworkers and clients.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities with clear thinking and fluent spoken English.

  • The capacity to function in a group setting.
