Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• Create the procedures and plans for our software development teams’ QA and automation.
• Create and manage automated test scripts with Python and Robot Framework.
• Create tools and libraries that other QA/DevOps engineers may utilize.
• Establish criteria and rules for test procedures in the development process in coordination with the agile teams.
• Laying the groundwork for successful collaboration amongst varying level testers
• Controlling and handling issues that come up in various projects when doing tasks linked to testing.
• Assist with operations, debug problems, and analyze procedures in order to suggest tactical upgrades that boost our analytical capacities.
• Continually learn about new developments in digital trends and technology to maintain our analytics tools at the forefront of the market.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –

• A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a similar discipline.
• Strong familiarity with test frameworks
• Capacity to communicate technical difficulties and solutions clearly.
• Effectively handle unclear or vague issues; possess the capacity for abstract thought.
• Coding expertise using online services, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Expertise in testing APIs.
• Knowledge of the procedures, life cycle, and techniques used in QA.
• While not necessary, some prior expertise with Adobe Analytics products, especially Adobe Launch and Adobe Web Analytics, is recommended.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to efficiently analyze data and promote strategic changes.
• Good communication skills to explain complicated ideas to non-technical audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A driven and proactive learner that is excited to use our analytical tools to keep current on the newest digital trends and technology.
