Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Enhancing financial organizations’ back office and middle office procedures.
- Managing the many phases of the client/product life cycle, including pre- and post-settlements, brokerage services, drafting, trade assistance, corporate activities, tax operations, legal documents, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, and system reconciliation.
- Work on data collection, cataloging, processing, system upgrades and inputs, fund transfers, reconciliations, and settlements are anticipated.
- Creating reports with Microsoft Excel.
- The role may need external communication with agents, counterparties, or clients in order to resolve issues and disagreements pertaining to the procedure. This might be done over the phone or by email.
- Risk assessment and escalation, prompt customer escalation of unresolved issues.
- Collaborating on a range of trade support initiatives throughout the transaction lifecycle, such as trade position reconciliation between the front and back offices, trade confirmation matching, and trade pre-settlements assistance Producing reports, settling cash flows from different trading events, such as interest or premium, managing syndicated loans, and organizing and running corporate actions.
- Working on numerous front-office and back-office reconciliations, regulatory reporting (Swaps Data Repository, SDR, Know Your Customer (KYC), and reference data support, among other capital market operational activities outside of Trade Life-cycle support.
- The position would need the candidate to become proficient in a variety of financial instruments, such as fixed income products (such as corporate and Treasury bonds) and equity securities and derivatives, interest rate swaps, FX spot, options, futures, and credit derivatives swaps.
