Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Every day of the year, Enphase support teams are on duty. During designated hours, the candidate must respond to incoming emails, chats, and phone calls from Enphase clients. They must also be willing to work weekends and night shifts (9:00 PM and 11:00 PM).
- Doing remote Enphase product troubleshooting.
- Evaluating, authorizing, and carrying out warranty claims.
- Supplying Enphase product pre-sales information.
- Helping to activate new Enphase sites when necessary.
- Keeping track of every action in a centralized CRM/help desk software system.
- Tracking field issues, logging product bugs in a central database, and coordinating with Enphase Engineering for any ensuing product modifications. When necessary, helping other team members with administrative and/or troubleshooting duties.
- Observing the policies and practices of the department.
- Taking part in continuing education and training about Enphase product-specific information and industry standards.
- Use every communication channel to portray Enphase in a professional manner.
- Following all business guidelines and conduct expectations outlined in the Enphase Energy employee handbook.
- Carrying out further tasks as directed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Graduates with a B.E./B. Tech. and/or electrical
- Only recent college graduates or freshmen who received 60% or higher in their tenth and twelfth grades and 70% or higher upon graduation would be given consideration for the position. Good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain working connections with peers, customers, and bosses are required to be given with the resume.
- Excellent communication abilities in both written and spoken English Computer savvy (PC proficiency is required, Mac OS preference preferred).
- It would be ideal to have a general understanding of electrical ideas, an understanding of AC and DC circuits, and an electrical or electronics background.
- Exposure to settings connected to solar and PV.
