Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Resolve technical issues pertaining to client accounts
  • Address concerns from internal and external stakeholders within predetermined SLAs.
  • Effectively escalate problems to the appropriate teams and keep track of when they are fixed.
  • Collaborate with support representatives to help clients with simple login or data problems. Identify the underlying source of the issue and describe the solution or solutions.
  • As new goods and services are released, become familiar with new systems.
  • Handle renewal, upgrade, and new customer tickets within predetermined SLAs.
  • Keep track of client accounts across several databases, making sure that the data is consistent.
  • Organize team members’ internal resources and help train new hires.
  • Assist Enverus software programs, data, products, and services at the first level by responding to and ranking email service inquiries, which may involve alternating weekends and holidays.
  • Use active listening, personalization strategies, and a value-adding mindset to swiftly and effectively respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the help desk database and enter resolution details in the relevant ticketing software.
  • Examine and confirm issues that have been reported in order to determine risk and exposure and to influence decisions about priorities.
  • Discuss escalated issues and sophisticated answers to client questions with Senior Customer Support Analysts.
  • Work effectively in teams to solve problems, seek out methods to enhance and advance quality, and handle challenging or delicate client scenarios.
  • Carry out any additional tasks that the manager assigns you.
